Analysis of "I loved you till I hated you."

Najla 2001

I loved you so much I started hating you.

I was so obsessed I hated me
I changed and became toxic
Stalking you and acting shady
Jealousy never was a problem I dealt with till I met you
I felt hopeless and weak when I wasn’t ‘round you
And I couldn’t stand the new me any longer.

I started dreading the minute you came
Hoping something comes up so I could leave
Making up excuses and fake appointments
Spending the nights alone and having fun
I started loving me again without you
And this isn’t the kind of love I’m looking for.

I’m sorry but I loved you so much I started hating you.
