Analysis of For Spencer
Criss F Rosenlof 1969 (Utah)
Eighteen years ago was born
A son to mom and dad
A blessed day, September morn,
Came forth the little lad.
Throughout the years, the boy has grown,
Grown stronger day by day.
And as he did, his spirit’s shone,
At work and when at play.
And now a man, his childhood done
He’s doing what he can
Now moving on, his school-race run
A military man.
In times of ease, and times of strife,
He stands out in the crowd
Not just in school, but in his life
He’s made his parents proud.
