Analysis of Yours Sincerely.

Dear boy that I just met,
don't even know your name, but I think you're pretty cool you know, hope you feel the same!
Too scared to get your number, but you've asked for mine!
Sure I'd love to hang out soon, so call me anytime.
I catch myself blushing, as I walk away.
Hope you plan on calling, yours sincerely; this-could-be-great.

Dear guy that I call 'friend',
today was really fun.
I love the way you call me short and how you laugh at my run.
You call me the cutest names, and have me laughing all the time.
It's great to have a friend like you, there's nothing more but that's just fine.
Well I think that you're here now, 'cause there's knocking at my door!
Hope it's you, I miss you, yours sincerely; is-there-more?

Dear boy I'm falling for,
you know you've got me good.
I'm getting all these feelings that I don't think I should.
I'd love to be with you, and I'm hoping that you would,
love to be with me too, it's the only thing I want.
I don't know if I'll send this, you may never know how I feel.
Yours Sincerely;
Head-over-heels.

DEAR GOD I BLEW IT,
you looked at me so weird,
when I kissed you last night, it's just like I feared.
Oh my god, I knew it!
You only see me as a friend,
you broke the kiss and walked away,
and I guess this is the end.
No more you and me now, in any way at all.
Well I've gotta go now, because I think I'm getting called.
I probably won't write again, 'cause there's nothing more to write.
Goodbye, I'll miss you. Yours Sincerely; I-regret-last-night.

Dear my new boyfriend, I'm so glad that you phoned,
I'm so glad you explained that you just needed time alone.
You just needed to think about whether the kiss was real,
I told you that it was, and know I know you feel,
the same as me, and now we're together,
and I think that now, for sure, I'll send you all these letters.
I just know that you'll laugh when you see my past doubts!
Yours Sincerely;
I'm really happy now.

EMAIL ME AT sofisweetie@hotmail.com or add me on facebook for info on my other writing! https://www.facebook.com/SophieLarrrrrMarieMy name is Sophie Marie Roberts. I'm nearly 20 years old and I live in Wrexham, North Wales. I write poetry because it's one of the things that comes naturally. When I was a child I would try to write a diary like everyone else my age but I ended up with a book of poetry. I find it the easiest way to express what is happening in my mind too (which, in some cases, worries me- since my poetry is rather bizzare!) I don't have any diploma's, certificates or qualifications that tell me I should write but I write anyway. I hope people like my poetry- but I know it won't be everyone's cup of tea- but I hope it's yours. ALSO; PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALLTHOUGH I WROTE 'THIS POEM MEANS' UNDERNEATH MY POEMS- I'M MERELY STATING WHAT IT MEANT IN MY HEAD. PLEASE INTERPRET MY POETRY HOWEVER YOU WISH. http://www.booksie.com/mystery_and_crime/short_story/inksplodges/bitter-freedom/chapter/1 < one of my short stories. more…
