Analysis of Uncle Mark
The day you left me
it made me unhappy
when I saw you,
it made me wish you
weren't gone.
My brother said
"my grandpa will take
care of you instead."
The people were sad
they cried and weeped-until it was quiet and
no one made a peep
The day you left me was
really hard. I was going
to cry and be sad- then
I thought about you and I
changed my mind. I didnt
want you to see me cry
That was the day you left me
but I didnt cry. I am
about to as I write this poem, but hey- I cant let you down.
