Analysis of That Space
Isolated from the world
My thoughts twisted and twirled.
No one is there
Human contact is rare.
My feelings hidden on pieces of paper
They seem to disappear like water into vapor.
Four walls surrounding me endlessly
People on the outside walk by carelessly,
As I sit and wait
For my inevitable fate,
Hoping one day to be free
Wishing the door would be unlocked with that special key.
The key- lost in my space
The challenge is hard to face.
Finding it will improve my undiscovered abilities
Expand this space with new possibilities.
Still, that space would always be within me
It has helped me realize that life is not easy.
Without it, I would not have grown into the person I am and want to be
Through that reclusive space, I know and see.
