Analysis of Sensuous
A simple simile cringes for the company of fruit
Set aside its self she wonders how many muscles
It takes to convince a friend
To place her plate by the sink
Empty advice doesn’t clean
When guts get pulled too thin
That canceled prayers wouldn’t care to weigh her down
Although the cherries wouldn’t dare press charges against the sheets
But everyone knows
Those check marks tell lies about where her clipboards been
Tonight I’m the menu and you’re the sacrament
Differences in disappointments
A world apart
Lie to me boy tell me I’m the only one
