Analysis of Senses
I still have your picture In my pocket
So I can see you from time to time
It sends me back to those days
When we were doin just fine
I still smell your perfume
It makes me feel like your here
But now I'm wrapped in my cocoon
Of depression and despair
I can still taste your lips on mine
They say with time I'll be just fine
But since you've left me here alone
My broken heart has turned to stone
I still hear your words inside my head
reminding me that I wish I was dead
Without you I have no reason to live
I have no more love to give
I still feel the warmth from your skin
So soft and pale white like porcelain
My heart has never let me feel much
Until the day that I felt your touch
But now your gone and I'm all alone
I really wish you could've stayed
But I guess everyone must go home
And meet their maker someday
