Analysis of Sad Songs
My mind is clouded by thoughts of
him Will I ever learn how to forgive?
I forbid myself to endure such pain
For I am a woman, I have a brain Why did he
destroy such a beautiful relationship? I
didn't know, until a friend gave me a tip She
said he's a smooth talker, and has the gift
for gabb Is that how it feels to be had?
My heart is even tender than ever before
It'll be a longtime before I'll open that door
Someday the right person will come along
But for now I continue to play sad songs
