Analysis of Poem of Trust

I hope I'm the first that has done this for you.
I hope I'm the only one, and the last one too!
I wish for a spark to ignite the rest.
The rest of the story to be told of the best!
I saw your deep eyes and my heart started to flutter.
I saw your nice smile and my soul turned to butter!
I hope that I can make the same impact on you.
I hope that you understand that this was the only thing to do!
The only thing I could do to help you realize my charm.
Not all guys are bad, full of hate or acts of harm!
I know you've been hurt and learned to distrust.
But my words are to be heard, open your heart and listen you must!
