Analysis of Not Today
This lofty mountain that we bewail
Grasp my hand that we may scale
From the mountain's shadow where we did grope
In our ascent we find hope
On the summit we will stand
From this feat by hand in hand
I lead you for you are my friend
So I gladly my hand to lend
Though mountains may stay our way
But not this one today
