Analysis of not the enemy

why do we run away
when are heart keeps telling us heres where we need to stay
how do we count the days as it all slips by
like a hit of purple haze
im not the end of mean and im not your enemy
im not your enemy

how do we change are ways as we all move closer to the end of our days

and how will we get away when no one here has a plan of escape

im not your enemy im not the end of mean im not the end of mean

when will we all find are way will it happen to us at the end of our bitter days cause im not the end of mean theres plenty more after me
