Analysis of Moonlight Magic
On moonlit nights
Of misty shroud
When all are asleep
But nocturnal shadows
The silver beams
Shine down on me
And bathe me in
Their liquid light
When nothing dares
To break the sacred silence
I lie awake
Yet half asleep
And sigh softly into the stillness
As night crawls on
And all is calm
My mind subsides
Like a wave
On the sand
