Analysis of Mantras

Most all fellowships proclaim numerous mantras
Asking members to be kind of spiritual contras
I have known one set of these for many many years
They are attached to bumper stickers proud and clear

Things Take Time
East Does It
One Day At A Time
Came To Believe
H.A.L.T. (don't get to hungry, angry, lonely or tired)

These sayings may sound a bit silly at times
But they breed serenity and peace sublime
