Analysis of Loving You Again

Your love sings to me,
like a sweet lullaby
tempting me to take
the plunge and descend
into your passionate embrace.
Your kisses seem sweet,
but there is tartness on your lips.
You give me one of your
never-ending magical smiles.
The urge to love you again
is urgent and sears my insides.
I know the pleasures you want
to splash on my pulsating skin.
I have been down this
heartbreaking road more than once.
The story is always the same.
I end up like a pair
of soiled socks
discarded on your bed.
