Analysis of long way back tome

she always has some where to go every night when she walks out the door
she thinks that i really don't know where she goe's
but it's for the better that don't let her know
she needs me in her life so much and she knows
but shes done every thing to make me go
And I know that she is so board to death with me
that lately ive been so lost in her future of ease to be
she doesn't know how alone that alone can be
but I do I'm a expert she taught it to me
and the hurt she make's me feel keep's on cutting so deep
I wonder if she knows it's  a long way back to me
some time's it get's so far you can barely see
and I know that in her life she has been cut real deep
because ive rescued her from that place where she goe's to weep
she spends most days with tears in her eyes so sad
and lately it's gone from worse to bad
she doe's not know how alone alone can be
when your so far away that you can barely see
I just wish she would spend one night alone with me
before she get's so far she can never see
