Analysis of In The Darkness

Out here in the darkness,
 there is no light,
 no way to resolve this.
Out here in the darkness,
 it is cold and lonely,
 no way to develop this.
Out here in the darkness,
 there are no friends,
 only a bitter end.
Out here in the darkness,
 no one even cares,
 they don't even dare.
Out here in the darkness,
 I am all alone,
which chills me to the bone.
