Analysis of Hidden Emotions

Funny how I could be in the best of moods
So happy and full of joy
It takes but a moment of you feeling down
To bring me back down to earth

I don't like seeing you so sad and down
So used to seeing your smile
I miss that silly grin of yours
So innocent
So silly
So….you

I've learnt that the happiest of people always put on an act
Even on their bitterest of days
Putting up a front
Yet slowly dying inside

That's why you're special
Never thinking of yourself
So selfless of you to do so

It's time to stop thinking about others
And start doing as you please
Stop putting on an act
And express as you feel

I used to be like you
I really really was
Always smiling, even on my worst of days
It's really what I do

I still do it till this day
Although you'd never know
I'm good at hiding things
I don't let emotions show

I've learnt that the happiest of people always put on an act
Even on their bitterest of days
Putting up a front
Yet dying inside
Although u'd never know
