Analysis of He said he loved me

he said he loved me
and that is true
but then he said we were through
he walked out the door
and took my heart with him

now I can no longer soar
for I have no more hopes or dreams
I don't know what to do anymore
he is the one I adore
my one and only true love

with out him there is no me
I guess I have to give up again
I don't know how to
it is the hardest thing I've had to do

to lose a love that was ever so true
is the worse kind of pain
