Analysis of Beyond both masks
Behind this mask I am invisible
I am a nobody
But the somebody that shows
Is not real
My face is concealed with blue and white
And nothing is shown
Nobody around me sees my tears
Soaked in by fabric
What lays beyond this shield is not far
But it closes in
As the walls close up and the air leaves me
I start to panic
I try to calm down as my lungs are empty
Not able to breathe
And lost to the wind we all stay still
As more tears fall down
Still is soaked in by each of the masks
Drops layed close to my eye
From behind the masks I made We are lost
Both sides of me wanting out
Neither getting the chance to show
Crying out in pain and tears
We forget the things done to us as we run for our lives
Just in my head
No time passing as our running continues
Caught in our mind
As the days and years pass we run but never move
Trapped as no one sees our pain.
