Analysis of Writing down my thoughts

I write down my thoughts as a way of releasing them from my mind! My way of letting the world into my sadness! I hold in me a deep hurt i try to explain with words but always seem to only cause more sadness for myself by saying what it is i feel! My inner turmoil has caused more pain thru the years then i can ever say! Writing this out seems to be the only way i can begin to express my real thoughts! No matter if anyone sees it or not! More often then not i choose not to share what i write just so no body else has to experience the world thru my eyes!
