Analysis of Tales Of A Dreamer

Feyikemi 1999 (Ogun-State)

Dreams
Hopes
Aspirations
They are all there
Not going anywhere

But bit by bit the hope fades away
Like the moon chases the sun from the sky and takes its place
Doubt begins to creep in
Am I good enough?
Can I do this?
I kept asking myself and no one in particular

Responses never came of course
And so the doubt mounted and heightened
Along came dread
Frustration
Sadness
Disappointment
Till one day I gave it all up
