Analysis of Vain

Is this the end of everything we know?
Did we not prepped enough?
Fix this, Fix that, fixed  nothing at all.
All in vain and vane is all around us.
We did not fixed ourselves!
we did not fix our mistakes, our minds.
We're intertwined in this amalgam of hate and plunder.
We should of have done much more,
an infinite of chores,
Would that have been enough?
