Analysis of She Longs
Mickey Bailey 1979 (Sc)
These days her heart is darkness
Sadness written across her face
In her weary mind she longs
For another time and place
For a touch,
She'll never again feel
For a kiss,
She'll never again taste
For a moment,
If given the chance
She knows,
She'd never again waste
