Analysis of In Light Of Hope
The silence forces itself upon me
Consumes every piano note and key
It reaches its intangible hand down my throat
It forces me behind an invisible note
And this dark world of quiet
Where all the silenced voices riot
There is but one single light
That illuminates the eternal night
It is the light of the spirit of hope
That sheds light over my hopeless boat
It summons the wind to blow me to shore
Where I can live in a world of sound once more
Even in the darkest shadows of the night
It fills the silence with its brave might
I no longer sail in the sea of desperation
But fly high in the sky of a hopeful nation
