Analysis of The Dying Fire
Love started a whisper, an ember burning slow
Skin touched softly, hearts entwined, tangled souls
Passions flames spread tearing across their world
Its frenzy slowly dwindled a rampant crashing sea gave way to an ocean serene
Calmly the fire burns steady
Passion lost within time
He longs for her touch, for the passion in her eyes
Wanting to cry like a child at her bosom for something loved and lost, he lies awake at night
Tears are in his eyes
He fears he has failed her
He fears her fire is dying
