Analysis of Leadership
Leadership is not a song of glamour that birds sing to welcome the morning glow.
Nor is she a ripple wave smile exposed when rivers flow.
She is an infant who desires to grow, her milky teeth are not ready to bite and chew, given a chance she must be careful and slow.
Leadership is not a song of glamour that birds sing to welcome the morning glow.
Nor is she a ripple wave smile exposed when rivers flow.
She is a condemned prisoner awaiting death row,
She is a shield awaiting to be penetrated by a poisonous arrow.
She carries heavy burdens like a poor man and his wheelbarrow.
She is a tough grandmother, who has no time for pleasure.
Who is frequently attacked by blood pressure.
Who will do everything to preserve family treasure.
Leadership is not a song of glamour that birds sing to welcome the morning glow.
Nor is she a ripple wave smile exposed when rivers flow.
She is a soldier who sleeps with one eye open to see owls and witches in the darkness, lions and hyenas in the wilderness, criminals in the shadows and widows in sadness.
orphans in bitterness.
Leadership is not a song of glamour that birds sing to welcome the morning glow.
Nor is she a ripple wave smile exposed when rivers flow.
She is a very strict mother, who possesses the heart of a loving father.
