Analysis of Ego - the Separation of Self
Ego- the Separation Self:
What human problem can we not easily solve if no one’s ego is involved? Ego is the root of our social and personal problems. Yet what is the ego and how can we deal with it? Is ego an inevitable part of human nature that cannot be changed, or is there a way to transcend it? One’s ego is created by oneself, instilled in one’s mind by experiences and moments. These beliefs grow from many sources. Parents, teacher’s mentors, friends, pieces of your life that touch one during our daily social interactions. We take perceptions from others and except them as our own deep seated judgment. The birth of our ego is a process of self- identification, in which we associate our inner being with some outer object or quality. I am this, I am that…. I, I, I. Yet this is not our true nature. But who knows this better than your inner self...
