De votre Dianet (de votre nom j'appelle
Votre maison d'Anet) la belle architecture,
Les marbres animés, la vivante peinture,
Qui la font estimer des maisons la plus belle :

Les beaux lambris dorés, la luisante chapelle,
Les superbes donjons, la riche couverture,
Le jardin tapissé d'éternelle verdure,
Et la vive fontaine à la source immortelle :

Ces ouvrages, Madame, à qui bien les contemple,
Rapportant de l'antiq' le plus parfait exemple,
Montrent un artifice et dépense admirable.

Mais cette grand' douceur jointe à cette hautesse,
Et cet astre bénin joint à cette sagesse,
Trop plus que tout cela vous font émerveillable.
