Analysis of Pride: The Downfall
Lindsay Mayeux 1992 (United States of America)
Pride;
The downfall,
Pride;
It tells us to,
Be proud of your nation,
Be proud of your race,
Your sex -
Be proud if you're gay,
Or straight,
Your religion
Or faith,
That thing that whispers,
Don't give in,
If you are wrong -
Because you are always right,
Never listen to -
Otherwise -
Don't ever apologize,
And if you're hurt,
Hurt them back,
Because they deserve that,
You deserve that,
Pride:
That is why,
Satan,
Was cast -
Down.
