Analysis of Echoes of Resilience: Syria's Struggle Against Hunger

Serena Taj 1985 (Quetta)

In Syria's land of ancient tales,
Where once majestic cities rose,
Now shadows haunt the dusty trails,
Where hope and plenty once did flow.

Beneath the sun's relentless glare,
A mother weeps, her child in tow,
With empty hands and hearts laid bare,
They face the hunger's cruel blow.

Amidst the ruins, hunger prowls,
A silent beast that knows no rest,
It claims the young, it claims the old,
Leaving anguish in its quest.

Yet in the midst of darkest night,
A glimmer of compassion shines,
As hands reach out to share their light,
And hearts unite in hope's design.

For Syria's people, brave and strong,
Shall rise above the trials they face,
With solidarity their song,
They'll triumph over hunger's grace.

So let us join their noble fight,
And pledge to aid, to heal, to mend,
For in their courage, burning bright,
Lies hope that never shall end.
