Analysis of Mother Sun (English)

Francisco Mendez 2000 (Marco Island)

In the skies of sapphire blue,
There lies one for the world's display:
A warmth so distant yet so radiant,
Your shine on faces kissed, a tender embrace.
So much so, each blade of grass and every leaf that sways,
Cradling, ever so carefully,
Sing praise to your rays,

Awake,
From Golden Dawn to Twilight’s Dusk,

A love so grand you can hear quietly, ever so slightly through each breeze.

Even in realms unseen and where shadows play,
You'll forever shine,
To face whatever may come.

And when the time arrives,
And the sun sets,
There is always
Another side
Where you rest.
