Analysis of Ashtrays and Broken Doors
To say I love you more is an understatement.
I feel like my heart pounds when your near,
But I do not run and hide.
However, to say I love you over things is perfect.
I love you over the ashtrays and the broken doors.
I love you over the fighting and tears on my floor.
I love you over the disagreements and harsh treatments.
I love you over the empty fridge and the dirty cabinets.
I love you over the dish-filled sink and the broken glasses.
I love you over the apologies without change.
I love you over the teasing jokes.
I love you even though I don’t feel I should.
To say I miss you is an overstatement.
I don’t want to be around you,
But I choose to.
Am I still inconsiderate?
