Analysis of My Dreams of You
In the quiet hours of the night's embrace,
Your presence fills my dreams, a cherished space.
I feel the warmth of your touch so near,
In these visions, love is vividly clear.
I hold you close, in tender embrace,
With every kiss, time and space erase.
But as dawn breaks and the morning light appears,
Reality dawns, and my heart is filled with tears.
For in the waking world, you're far away,
And in my dreams, you're all I crave.
If only dreams could bridge the divide,
I'd wake to find you right by my side.
But alas, each morning brings the same,
An empty bed, a longing flame.
Yet still, I hold onto hope's gentle gleam,
That one day, reality will match my dream.
