Analysis of SILIENCE IS NOT EMPTY
mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)
The cup is neither empty nor full, yet I feel something pull. I remember everything, yet I do not remember anything as I saw the flashing rainbow colors of light filling the sky and heard the cries of the angels singing their song. How long was I gone? Where did I go? What did I see inside of the silence that was not empty?
My mind, at last, is quiet as the sounds get louder, and my heart no longer beats out of my chest. My body was so damn tired and needed to rest; silence was not empty as I heard from a distant land. Hey man, this is just a test from your local broadcasting company; you're just a body, and your soul is free.
What was I feeling inside of the silence? As people were walking by, saying their hellos and goodbyes
