Analysis of The Land of blood and tears.

America used to be the land of milk and honey;
Now it’s just full of blood and liars.
I see tears when I should see smiles.
I see soulless eyes where I should be seeing light and warmth.
I don’t see independence.
I don’t see courage, I don’t see freedom.
I don’t see anything.
Nothing but cowards.
Cowards who pay no attention to others,
they pay no attention to how their words
actions can affect someone’s life.
Their very heart and soul.
Worst of all, I don’t think they care.
They’re too obsessed with the next scandal,
moving so fast, they don’t even know if they're even alive themselves.
They’ve become the very cold, hard, steel machines they swear they aren’t chained to, the very lies they swear aren’t true, the man they swear they hate.
When I look at America, I don’t see opportunity, I don’t see a land of good morals and honor. I see cocky, arrogant, nobodies; clinging onto their own disfigured concept of reality. I see fear, just like every other country we swore we wouldn’t be.
