Analysis of Good bye to the past
Cynthia novotny 1984 (Wilmington de)
I thought I knew the words to say
That just took your breathe away
But one day you decided to go
There you go running from me
What did I ever do to hurt you?
Did I say the wrong thing to you?
Or was it you with the problem?
Maybe your the one to blame
so I hope you feel what I feel
All the pain and hurt you caused
I hope that you regret everything
Don’t ever think I’ll be waiting here
I’ll be better off without you here
I won’t miss the pain you caused
I’ll just make my life better here
Even if that means never being us
