Analysis of POV: Talking to “love”
Taaliah Johnson 2004 (Lake county)
In this world of chaos and strife,
Where love is rare and hard to find,
We stand tall, arm in arm and fight,
For the love that we share, so divine.
Our hearts beat as one, in perfect sync,
As we stare into each other's eyes,
With a fierce determination to never sink,
We hold each other and rise.
Together we face the storms of life,
The winds that threaten to tear us apart,
With a love that cuts through like a knife,
We never let go of each other's heart.
For you, my love, I'll fight through it all,
The trials that come and the hurdles that stand tall,
With a love that's pure and strong as steel,
I promise to fight for you, come what may and seal the deal.
