Analysis of Hurricanes

Jerry Flemming 1973 (Berea, ohio)

You see theres these hurricanes
That are twisting in my brain
Is it all in vain?
Its like Im on the verge of
Going insain

Cant you see?
Anxieties are crashing on a whim
Cant you see?
Its like trying to walk against the wind

Id like to seize the day
When all this rain
Will wash away
These tidal waves
Of hurricanes
Though nothings changed
Lets hide away
Id start brand new
Like yesterdays news

Cant you see?
What was the meaning for it all
Too late for me
Im already here to take the fall

Id like to walk on fire
With a need to spit
I wont retire
And take no ....

Id like to seize the day
When all this rain
Will wash away
These tidal waves
Of hurricanes
Though nothings changed
Lets hide away
Id start brand new
Like yesterdays news
