Analysis of My Life as an Apple
As I await to bloom,
I can't help but be filled with perpetual gloom,
As the Earth revolves,
My confidence dissolves,
I'm an outcast it's my dreaded fate,
As I await.
I wait hours, closed on my tree,
I bloom as beautiful as the rest,
My pollen spreads, the wind blows me,
My petals fall, an apple to me is blessed.
I am a plump and juicy fruit,
Like a man in a bright red suit,
Disregarded by the birds and bees,
Pick me, please,
My time has come,
You win some, you lose some.
Rotted by the sun and dropped by my tree,
Is this what fate intended for me?
