Analysis of Homeless Song

Fire flies in branches
a storm growls down the road
darkness covers fences
everyone is home.

Humidity can cauterize
the oxygen we breathe
slowing our defenses
starting strange disease.

Living with some plywood
no addresses here
If you start with questions
you're going off the pier.

Home the cold darkness at night
truck stop in the day
got a little boy with me
hasn't learned to play.

Don't have much besides him
worth dollars anyway
if I make something tonight
I'll stay high a few days.

Oh we are frozen in time
now the blanket's stolen
ice crystals decorate
body staying swollen.

Every time we come to earth
I decide to go
changing up
It's just too hard my
guardian angel knows.

Back and forth they say
I'm so learning disabled
but when I look in my child's eyes
It's just another fable.

They held me down and laughed
that night  I blocked it out
but when he screams I hold him
remembering a lot.

Let us go please out this place
someone come for us
vacation for the homeless starts
when selling body parts.
