Analysis of Hidden Emotions

The more you keep your emotions hidden inside, the more you tell yourself you shouldn't complain. No matter if you open up your mouth everything will always be the same.
So you hold back. You try not to crack. When your feelings get too heavy you sometimes try to convince yourself that they don't matter anyway. Telling yourself that you can overcome every feeling if you just push them away. If you just stay hushed, and don't say too much that should be good enough. You tell yourself you must stay silent. What you don't know is your feelings are going to weigh you down. And that's the reason why you walk around with a frown. So starting now give yourself permission to Grumble and moan. Tell them exactly what is going on and what is wrong. Permit yourself to say out loud just how bad all this has been. And I mean start from the beginning to the very end.
Assert yourself. Let it out. Sometimes complaining can be the only way, to tell the truth. It's not technically complaining it's opening up.
It's you taking action. You don't have to ignore your emotions to Bear being alive. You don't have to ignore your emotions to try to survive. You can be yourself and surely you will rise.
