Analysis of Matted

There is lie
Within lust
But no truth
between love

There is bold
Betrayals
That come
between months,

Time
Will tumble
The peek
Of a touch

There is not life
without love
But
There are no limits
To lust.

Your fire
Will dwindle
The filter
Of disregard

I could like you
For a lifetime,
Or lust
Till we part

I could smile
In need
And walk
When opposed

There is comfort
With the purpose
That I’ll decide
When to go

Whilst passion
Will falter
The Purpose
Long altered
Hearts left to beat
With blood thieved
From Imposters

Within ashen
Between actions
Sparks Trampled
And matted
Why drag it
So far
Only to wish
It had lasted?
