Analysis of misguided me

Ignorance guided my way in life
Dancing with the devil in my Sunday's best
"It's good to do this" they said "your forgiven" they say
Meanwhile my feet hurt and soul unrest
Watered down scriptures spewed at me
Sin in the church as the entrance fee
For the right price all sins forgiven
For seat warmers we welcome hypocrisy
Scribes on the front row
witchcraft hidden in the back pew
Satan walking around the floor with a smile
Then in the middle lies me and maybe you
God have mercy on a ill-informed sinner
I didn't know what thus said the Christ
I thought hearing was better than doing
I thought it all was summed up as be nice
A heart willing to change is a threaten to the devil
A righteous servant is hated by the world
All testing given to each spirit
Can land you in being a cancelled girl
I choose your word with its bad or good
I will walk tread to the narrow gate
I will seek you out today
So tomorrow won't be to late
