Analysis of junk poetry

I would expect the poems that will place in your contest to be junk like the poetry you publish year around
last year's winning poems were such junk
someone must do something to stop the weeds(junk poems) from choking out good material
this is true of  all modern poetic venues, e.g., Rattle(Tim Green) , Kenyon Review, Poetry, etc.
Why can't you see this???
