Analysis of Over you

I think of the great times we had together
I thought you loved me, I thought forever
You beat me down and broke my heart
Now I'm without you, it's just a start
I never knew how, but we're finally apart
Your with someone new, it seems so easy
I tried to do the same and only felt sleazy
I did everything I could to get past the pain
Now everyone is worried I've gone insane
I need to lose your thought from my brain
That's not something anyone can train
My heart will find someone for it to belong
I finally be free because your memory will be gone
I'm sorry Im not sorry that it has taken so long
