Analysis of Another day passes
Tristen 2002 (United States)
Time has passed reluctantly since she left.
My days are filled with sadness and yearning.
I've grown since she left me, my wounded heart has healed some, but I still yearn for her, and I still love her.
A day will go by, and I will be fine.
But another will pass, and I'll be a mess.
I'll shower and find myself thinking of her.
I'll be alone and find myself wanting her.
But she has long gone, long out of reach.
How I wish time would reverse, and that I'd have a second chance.
But instead my wishes pain me, for in the end. Another day has passed.
