Analysis of The Economy Shapes Our Situations

Oscar Auliq-Ice 1994 (Port Elizabeth)

The economy, a force of great might
A complex web, woven tight
Of markets, goods, and services, all
In constant flux, rise and fall

It's a living thing, this economy
Breathing, growing, changing constantly
With supply and demand as its heart
It beats and thrives, a work of art

From small towns to great nations
The economy shapes our situations
Creating jobs, driving growth
Helping us all, both high and low

Yet it's not always smooth sailing
With cycles of boom and failing
When jobs are lost, and wallets thin
We feel the pain, the toll it brings in

But let's not lose hope, nor despair
For the economy can be repaired
With hard work, and sound policies
We can build a future that's strong and free

So let us strive for prosperity
With our eyes on the economy
A force for good, if we use it right
Our source of strength, our guiding light.
