Analysis of Healing Journey
It's just a day I saw the truth.I fell into love, you searched for tangible proof.Another day I laid my head in sorrow. I thought an open heart could combat the aloof. Putting my thoughts together so I will feel better tomorrow.I forgive myself for giving all my power away.My innocent eyes I don't curse them for not seeing the signs. My heart I let it rule but, I kept my discernment too far at bay.I have to see the bigger picture from these narrow confines. Life's joys are meant to be given and received. If you're the only one pouring , emptiness is the outcome. If my worth is not valued by others at least by myself it has to be believed. When the final result leaves you numb. That is when a change really needs to come.
