Analysis of Too Much Space

I walk with my head down
In the straightest of straight lines
I keep my eyes on the floor

I don't want to take up too much space

I sit in the back, in the corner
Of every classroom, every class
I rarely speak
Keep my breaths shallow

I don't want to take up too much space

Even when I am all alone
I speak in a whisper
I walk soft, my footsteps almost silent

And late at night
Before I drift to sleep
I curl up in a little ball

To not take up
Too
Much
Space
