Analysis of To be a leader

To be a leader to hear what your brother says and not judge. To listen to your sister and hear the real words being said. To be servant to all for a true leader listens to all and makes a decision. If no one likes it ask what they think. And try again for being human means we're not easy to be around.  Jesus most likely wanted to yell at his apostles but didn't. To be a leader a true leader you have to really listen.
